For users installing oer+MySQL for the first time: the 1.0-18 version
has a broken scripts/initial.sql. Replace it with the provided one
(save in scripts and rename to initial.sql) before running
"make install".

This version of oer+MySQL drops support for so called multiple
modes. If you rely heavily on this functionality, you might want to
skip this version and wait that I re-implement multiple modes in the
near future.
