- Fixed getserver() not to get stuck if only one
  IRC server was in server list
- Added !rbk
- If there were bogus/lagged server/service KICK messages,
  oer would segfault (Q for example caused them, sorry for
  this one, I will be looking closely at re-writing the
  channel routines)
